Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead multiple fit‑out projects from start to finish. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure quality execution, and meet tight deadlines across diverse sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys and supervise interior finish setting‑out and marking.
• Prepare BOQs with quantity take‑offs and specifications.
• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos, and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor the workforce, coordinating trades such as MEP, mall, landlord, and tenant teams.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; raise immediate alerts for any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents.
• Liaise with the factory team for joinery manufacturing and delivery.
• Attend client site meetings with the PM, record discussions, and act on agreed actions.
• Maintain daily timesheets, work extended hours when required, and verify as‑built quantities for final accounts.
• Prepare O&M manuals and provide guidance to the project team.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and manage projects in hospitality, hotels, high‑end residential, retail, entertainment, health, education, and similar sectors.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Excellent technical and execution capabilities.
• Solid understanding of all trades involved in fit‑out, including MEP.
