Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead multiple fit‑out projects from start to finish. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure work is completed on schedule, and maintain high standards of quality and safety across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise surveys, setting out, and interior finish works for all assigned sites.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities with quantity take‑off and specifications.
• Create and manage project schedules using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos, and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor the performance of workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with MEP, mall, landlord, and tenant trades on site.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; report any discrepancies or incidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for joinery manufacturing and delivery.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and document action items.
• Maintain daily timesheets, verify as‑built quantities, and prepare O&M manuals.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven track record on hospitality, hotel, residential, retail, entertainment, health, or education projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Excellent technical and execution abilities.
