Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end fit‑out activities across multiple sites. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure projects stay on schedule, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys, setting‑out, and interior finish marking for all assigned projects.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities with quantity take‑offs and specifications.
• Create and manage project schedules using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos, and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor the workforce, including charge hands and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with MEP, mall, landlord, and tenant trades on site.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; report any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for joinery manufacturing and delivery.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and document action items.
• Maintain daily timesheets, conduct as‑built quantity checks, and prepare O&M manuals.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and manage diverse project types (hospitality, retail, education, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Excellent technical and execution capabilities.
