Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Site Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end execution across multiple fit‑out sites, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines. This role ensures quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys, setting out, and interior finish marking for all assigned projects.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with quantity take‑offs and specifications.
• Create and manage project schedules using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos, and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and supervise workers and charge hands according to work requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP, mall, landlord, tenant, and other trade contractors on site.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; report any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager, record discussions, and act on agreed actions.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all workers.
• Verify as‑built quantities from subcontractors and prepare final account reports.
• Prepare Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and support the team as needed.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate supervisors and trade teams.
• Successful track record on diverse projects such as hospitality, hotels, high‑end residential, retail, entertainment, health, and education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts when required.
