Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end fit‑out works across multiple sites, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys and supervise interior finish setting‑out and marking.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities with quantity take‑offs and develop work programmes using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, allocate and supervise workers and charge‑hands, coordinating trades such as MEP, mall, landlord and tenant teams.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance, and promptly report any discrepancies, emergencies or accidents.
• Liaise with the factory team for joinery manufacturing and delivery, and attend client site meetings.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven track record on diverse projects (hospitality, retail, education, health, etc.) and ability to lead supervisors.
• Strong technical and execution abilities with good communication skills in a multinational environment.
• Computer literacy and understanding of all trades involved in the fit‑out process, including MEP.
