Senior UX Designer – 7+ years experience

About the role

Array is seeking a Senior UX Designer with at least seven years of hands‑on experience to lead the creation of user‑centred designs across web, mobile and thick‑client applications. You will shape the visual language of our products, build a robust design system, and collaborate closely with development teams to bring concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full UX design process from research and problem definition to high‑fidelity deliverables.
• Develop detailed user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Design System in Figma, including component libraries for React and Angular.
• Partner with front‑end developers to ensure accurate implementation of the design system.
• Conduct UI testing, gather user feedback, and iterate designs based on usability findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• 7+ years of full‑time UX design experience covering thick‑client, web, and mobile interfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visually compelling and user‑friendly designs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design decisions to stakeholders.
