Service Advisor – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor – Automotive to join our team in Sitrah, Bahrain. In this full‑time role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through vehicle maintenance and repair services while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their automotive needs and advise on required repairs or maintenance.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates, documenting vehicle information and customer requests.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to schedule and monitor repair work.
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles and handle queries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle specifications, service requirements and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technology qualifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and automotive service software.
