About the role
First Motors is looking for a motivated Service Advisor in Sitrah, Bahrain to provide exceptional customer service and support automotive repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, identify their automotive needs and advise on repairs.
- Prepare repair orders, provide accurate estimates and keep customers informed.
- Coordinate with technicians, schedule repairs and monitor progress.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive qualifications a plus.
Required skills
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance.
- Proficiency with automotive service software and general computer applications.
