Service Development Executive – B2B Automotive Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Service Development Executive to expand our Automotive Service Package business by acquiring B2B customers such as corporate fleets and other organisations. The role focuses on promoting tailored maintenance and after‑sales solutions and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell automotive service packages to corporate and fleet clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key business customers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and support lead conversion.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall service revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal Service, Parts and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities and pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, automotive after‑sales, fleet sales or related fields.
• Experience selling service contracts, maintenance packages or fleet solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and target‑driven.
• Good understanding of automotive service and maintenance requirements.
• Valid Bahrain/GCC driving licence.
