Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead construction activities at assigned sites. The role involves coordinating vendors, subcontractors and labour to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set out/mark interior finishes.
• Prepare work programmes and scheduling, preferably using MS Project.
• Produce daily and regular site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate and manage workers and charge hands according to work requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up with multiple trades on site (MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant, etc.).
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance, reporting any discrepancies, emergencies or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of required joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager, record discussions and act on agreed points.
• Book daily timesheets for workers.
• Work extended hours, weekends and night shifts as required.
• Verify as‑built quantities from subcontractors and submit final account reports.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work with CAD, Excel, Word and MS Project.
• Strong action orientation, teamwork, detail orientation, prioritisation and customer service mindset.
• Experience in daily labour management.
