Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead all on‑site activities for assigned construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and labour while providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set out interior finishes.
• Prepare work programmes and schedules, preferably using MS Project.
• Produce daily site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and supervise workers and charge‑hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate multiple trades on site, including MEP, mall, landlord, and tenant activities.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; report any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and record action items.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all site personnel.
• Work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts when required.
• Verify as‑built quantities from subcontractors and prepare final account reports.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong organisational, detail‑orientation and customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to manage labour daily and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
• Experience using MS Project for scheduling.
