Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee all on‑site activities for assigned construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. The role involves coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and labour teams while providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set out interior finishes.
• Prepare work programmes and schedules using MS Project.
• Produce daily site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate and supervise workers and charge‑hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate with multiple trades (MEP, mall, landlord, tenant) and monitor safety and first‑aid compliance.
• Report any discrepancies, emergencies or accidents to the Project Manager immediately.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency with CAD, Excel, Word and MS Project.
• Strong teamwork, detail orientation and ability to manage daily labour.
