Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Specialist will design and run creative campaigns that showcase the company’s products, boost brand awareness and generate sales. This role requires managing content across platforms, engaging with the community, and staying ahead of social media trends.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute creative social media campaigns to promote company products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
• Create, publish, and manage engaging content tailored to each platform while maintaining the brand voice and following content calendars.
• Manage all company social media accounts, monitor performance, engage with followers, and respond promptly to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, recommending improvements to maximize results.
• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators, coordinating influencer campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments, especially Sales and Marketing, to ensure brand consistency and support product launches and other initiatives.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve content and performance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience with social media analytics tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO fundamentals, and paid social advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
