Solution Advisor Finance – SAP Next Gen Academy (Hybrid)

About the role

The Solution Advisor Finance joins SAP’s Next Gen Academy to help customers solve business challenges using SAP solutions. Over a 10‑month program you will receive full‑time employment, mentorship and hands‑on experience that prepares you for a customer‑facing career.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions, executive meetings and presentations with customers and prospects.
• Deliver software demonstrations that showcase SAP’s value proposition.
• Support sales deals by providing functional and technical expertise.
• Take part in marketing events, design‑thinking workshops and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Complete experiential learning modules covering business, industry and SAP solution topics.
• After the program, lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities to uncover challenges and innovation opportunities.

Required profile

• Motivated to work in a hybrid setting in Bahrain.
• Willing to engage with customers and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
