About the role

Join the first‑class Spa & Recreation team at a stylish Bahrain hotel located near the Manama business district. As a Spa & Recreation Receptionist you will be the welcoming face for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable spa experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the Spa & Recreation department, handling all aspects of the guest journey.
• Respond promptly and positively to guest enquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
• Execute assigned duties in a timely and professional manner, meeting departmental plans and hotel targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors to control costs, manage inventory, and achieve productivity goals.
• Maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements, performing follow‑up as needed.

Required profile

• Local hire preferred; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• At least one year of experience in a similar receptionist role (front‑office experience beneficial but not essential).
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with strong commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Creative problem‑solver who takes ownership of tasks.
• High personal integrity and ability to work in a demanding, excellence‑focused environment.
