About the role
Join the Spa team at The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel in Manama and deliver personalized, transformative treatments that enhance guest wellbeing. You will be the first point of contact for spa guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable experience throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival with a friendly, professional demeanor and attend to their needs during the spa visit.
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, maintaining high standards of service, hygiene and presentation.
- Manage treatment rooms by cleaning, restocking supplies and keeping the environment organized.
- Assist with general spa operations, including laundry, relaxation and changing room upkeep.
- Represent the spa and hotel positively while on duty, upholding brand standards.
Required profile
- Willingness to learn and develop through continuous assessment and training.
- Immaculate personal appearance, grooming and adherence to uniform policy.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and deliver a "Yes I Can!" attitude.
