Special Events Founder’s Assistant & Event Security Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive professional to support the founder during special events and to supervise event security. The role combines executive assistance with on‑site security management to ensure smooth and safe execution of all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistical and personal assistance to the founder during special events.
• Coordinate event schedules, transportation, venue arrangements and on‑site requirements.
• Supervise event security personnel, monitor access control, guest entry and crowd management.
• Identify potential security risks and implement preventive measures.
• Handle unexpected situations, respond to emergencies and prepare post‑event reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in executive assistance, event coordination, security supervision or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and irregular event schedules.

Required skills

• Knowledge of event security, access control, crowd management and emergency response procedures.
• Security‑related training, relevant certifications or experience in VIP protection.
