Stock Management Specialist

About the role

The Stock Management Specialist ensures accurate inventory levels and drives loss‑prevention initiatives across all store locations. Working closely with store teams, project managers and external authorities, the role safeguards assets and supports efficient stock operations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate theft, malpractice or other incidents, reporting findings and recommendations to management.
• Analyse weekly sales reports for all divisions and channels, both offline and online.
• Coordinate store opening and closing activities, including CCTV layout and installation, and ensure security procedures are communicated.
• Conduct cycle counts, accuracy checks and periodic analyses to monitor inventory movement, shrinkage and obsolete items.
• Train teams on cycle‑counting and inventory‑control processes.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses or defective supplies to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage permits for sales, promotions and commercial activities, and analyse their performance.
• Approve invoice payments related to loss prevention and oversee trade‑license, mall and police permit renewals.
• Ensure compliance of CCTV, alarm systems and access control with civil‑defense and municipal regulations.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; accounting or finance concentration is a plus.
• 2‑4 years of experience in inventory management, loss prevention or a similar role; retail exposure is advantageous.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
