Store Leadership – Grocery Store Operations

About the role

talabat is expanding its tMart grocery service across the MENA region and is looking for a Store Leadership professional to oversee daily store operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth end‑to‑end processes, from staff management to order fulfillment, in a fast‑paced, 30‑minute delivery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage store operations during assigned shifts, including staff supervision, scheduling, and routine maintenance.
• Oversee ordering and store replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid out‑of‑stock or overstock situations.
• Conduct inventory control activities such as stock‑takes, cycle counts, and physical assessments.
• Handle inbound receiving, stocking, picking, and packing of grocery orders.
• Collaborate with demand planners to assess inventory needs and issue purchase orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or grocery store operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑tempo environment with strict delivery timelines.
