About the role
We are looking for a Store Leadership professional to run our tMart grocery store in Manama. The role oversees end‑to‑end store operations, ensuring fast 30‑minute delivery, stock availability and high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage store staff, schedule shifts and oversee routine and preventive maintenance.
- Handle ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and pick‑and‑pack processes to meet demand.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct stock‑takes, cycle counts and prevent out‑of‑stock or over‑stock situations.
- Monitor outbound order fulfillment, improve productivity and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, security and safety standards.
Required profile
- 3–5 years experience in supermarket or restaurant operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work hands‑on with various tools.
- Robust interpersonal and intercultural abilities; fluent English, Arabic advantageous.
- Proactive attitude, eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Capability to implement actions to reduce shrinkage and uphold service level standards.
