About the role
The Store Manager will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence with a customer‑centric attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets to meet overall organizational objectives.
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
- Hire, train, and assess store employees’ productivity and performance.
- Maintain an orderly, presentable appearance of the store.
- Oversee stock and store operations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge on designs, trends, quality issues, and availability to provide excellent customer service.
Required profile
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years’ store management experience.
- Customer‑centric attitude with positivity.
- Knowledge of fashion trend changes.
