Store Supervisor – Luxury Beauty Retail

About the role

As a Store Supervisor for Parfums De Marly within Chalhoub Group, you will lead a dedicated sales team to achieve targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will act as a bridge between the store and back‑office functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and the successful rollout of customer‑centric initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Drive eNPS and foster a positive people experience.
• Oversee visual merchandising, SOP compliance, and staff scheduling.
• Support in‑store events and act as the primary liaison with back‑office teams.
• Ensure click‑and‑collect orders are fulfilled within SLAs.
• Capture accurate customer data in line with marketing requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and educate staff on app offerings.
• Provide feedback on store performance and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in beauty retail.
• Strong command of English communication.
• Proven ability to develop talent through coaching and stretch assignments.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for luxury experiences.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and customer experience (CX) initiatives.
• Knowledge of loyalty program management and data capture processes.
• Ability to manage visual merchandising standards.
• Familiarity with store operating procedures and scheduling tools.
