Store Supervisor – Penhaligon’s (Marassi Galleria)

About the role

Chalhoub Group is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead the Penhaligon’s boutique at Marassi Galleria in Seef. The role is responsible for driving store performance, building a loyal VIP customer base, and ensuring full compliance with brand standards and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying the brand’s values in every customer and team interaction.
• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to nurture relationships and generate future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends, product launches, and competitor activity, feeding insights back to the back‑office team.
• Leverage both online and offline sales channels to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Provide clear vision and direction to the team, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Foster a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness, and act as the voice of employees.
• Coach team members, monitor development plans, and manage performance improvement processes.
• Promote the omnichannel mindset, focusing on VIP clienteling and proactive use of customer data.
• Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers through exceptional service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion/beauty environments.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
• Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into action.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast‑changing market trends.
