Student Recruitment & Admission Assistant

About the role

The University College of Bahrain is looking for a motivated Student Recruitment & Admission Assistant to support its admissions team. The role involves attracting prospective students, managing application processes, and promoting the university’s programmes both locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct school visits and external outreach to generate student leads.
• Participate in educational exhibitions and events inside and outside Bahrain.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities for recruitment campaigns.
• Manage student records and support the admissions workflow using the Student Information System.
• Provide administrative support, including handling documents and correspondence.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in admissions, student services, or similar administrative roles.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle detailed record‑keeping.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS) for managing student data.
