Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Consultant – Manama

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Consultant at EY in Manama, you will ensure a seamless, compliant, and engaging pre‑joining experience for new hires across Bahrain and the wider MENA region. You will act as a trusted advisor to candidates and internal stakeholders, coordinating all onboarding activities and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the pre‑joining and onboarding journey.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding processes, including documentation, employment contracts, government filings, and employee record creation.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, IT, Talent, Mobility and business teams to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Track onboarding progress, identify risks or delays, and drive timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain labour regulations, EY policies and data‑privacy standards.
• Support relocation, cross‑border mobility and Bahrain national talent development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, dashboards and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding procedures and candidate experience.
