Tele‑Sales Agent

About the role

The Tele‑Sales Agent contacts prospects by phone to promote and sell products or services. The role combines cold‑calling, lead qualification, and customer support while working toward daily and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, following prepared sales scripts.
• Persuade prospects to purchase products or services and handle objections.
• Collect and record customer information, orders, and payment details in the company system.
• Generate and qualify leads from referrals, cold calls, and other legal sources.
• Conduct client or market surveys and document detailed notes.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and recommending solutions.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and industry publications.
• Support the line manager with assigned tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; a higher diploma and work experience are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated selling ability and positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to listen actively and persuade others.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
