TRM Consultant – SAP Tax & Revenue Management

About the role

The TRM Consultant will lead functional solutioning for SAP Tax & Revenue Management (TRM) projects, working closely with clients and internal project teams. Based in Manama, the role combines client‑facing activities, team leadership, and hands‑on implementation within existing SAP S/4 HANA environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP TRM/PSCD solutions aligned with client business processes.
• Lead workshops, capture requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Develop demos, mock‑ups, and proof‑of‑concepts to illustrate solution value.
• Support project managers with effort estimations, scope clarification, and change‑request assessments.
• Monitor solution delivery, ensure timely execution, and avoid project delays.
• Participate in resource interviews and team deployment for project success.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in SAP Tax & Revenue Management or related SAP finance modules.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, understand business challenges, and present solutions.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, capture requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working in SAP S/4 HANA environments and delivering end‑to‑end implementations.
