UX/UI Designer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and needs a world‑class UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, beautiful, and high‑converting experiences across its product, marketing site, and customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core Base360.ai product.
• Create conversion‑focused landing pages, product pages, and demo flows.
• Define, maintain, and expand the design system and component library.
• Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and run A/B experiments to iterate quickly.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.

Required profile

• Passionate about turning complex workflows into delightful user experiences.
• Enjoys working directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Committed to delivering high‑quality design work without a traditional 9‑to‑5 mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and UI design.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Strong user research, usability testing, and A/B testing capabilities.
• Ability to create conversion‑optimized landing pages.
