Valuations & Business Modeling Senior Manager (Energy Sector)

About the role

EY Parthenon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead valuations and business modelling for its Oil & Gas clients across the MENA region. You will work on high‑impact projects, support strategic planning, regulatory compliance and fair‑market value documentation while developing your own expertise and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver valuations and financial models for large Oil & Gas clients, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and positioning EY solutions.
• Prepare and present valuation reports, presentations and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business.
• Minimum 7 years of valuation experience with Energy/Oil & Gas clients, including significant time at a Big 4 firm.
• Proven experience in M&A, Purchase Price Allocations and Fair Value assignments.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.
• Progress towards a CFA, CA or similar professional qualification is a plus.
