Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and anticipate their needs to enhance the meal experience.
• Master the menu, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service station throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
