Waitress/Hostess – Cigar Lounge (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional individual to join our cigar lounge team at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain as a Waitress/Hostess. The role combines front‑of‑house hosting duties with table service, ensuring guests enjoy a premium experience in an ultra‑luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive (hostess duties)
• Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists
• Escort guests to tables or lounge areas
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them (waitress duties)
• Recommend cigars, drinks, and pairings
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, serving, or hosting
• Knowledge or interest in cigars (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
