About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Warranty Assistant to join our automotive division. The role involves processing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Process warranty claims promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all warranty claims and related documentation.
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve claim issues.
- Provide clients with timely updates and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the automotive team to ensure smooth claim processing.
- Identify and report potential warranty fraud or discrepancies.
- Assist in developing and implementing new warranty procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience in automotive warranty processes.
- Strong knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
