About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Warranty Assistant to join our automotive division. The role involves processing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Process warranty claims promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all warranty claims and related documentation.
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve warranty issues.
- Provide clients with updates and respond to inquiries regarding their claims.
- Identify and report potential warranty fraud or discrepancies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive warranty processes.
- Strong knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
