About the role

The Wealth Manager builds and maintains long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, helping them preserve, grow, and manage their wealth in line with their financial objectives and risk tolerance. The role requires a deep understanding of each client’s financial situation and the ability to deliver clear, professional guidance across a range of financial products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess financial goals, risk preferences, and current portfolio composition.
• Develop personalized wealth‑management strategies, including investment allocation, diversification, retirement planning, and cash management.
• Monitor client portfolios, evaluate investment performance, and stay informed on market developments.
• Communicate portfolio updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations to clients in an understandable manner.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to track changes in objectives and identify opportunities for additional value.
• Collaborate with investment specialists, tax advisors, legal professionals, and other internal teams to deliver a comprehensive service.
• Ensure accurate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of wealth management, investment principles, financial planning, and portfolio management concepts.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities to interpret financial information and evaluate investment options.
• Proven client relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to tailor strategies to individual financial objectives and risk preferences.
• Good knowledge of investment products, asset allocation, diversification, and risk‑management principles.
