Web Design Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative Web Design Specialist to create and improve visually engaging, responsive, and user‑friendly web experiences. This fully remote, part‑time role works closely with marketing, content, development, and business teams to turn ideas into effective digital designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop visually engaging layouts for websites and digital platforms.
• Create responsive experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Develop wireframes, page structures, prototypes, and visual concepts based on project requirements.
• Maintain consistent visual design, typography, spacing, navigation, and brand presentation.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, marketers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Review existing sites to identify opportunities for usability, accessibility, and visual performance improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Web Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of professional experience in web or digital design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating practical web design and digital interface work.
• Excellent visual judgment, attention to detail, and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑management skills to handle multiple design priorities in a fully remote environment.
