About the role
Motiv8 is a leading creative agency looking for a vision‑driven 3D CGI Artist who knows how to turn bold concepts into stunning visuals, motion graphics, and photorealistic virtual worlds. The role involves cutting‑edge 3D animation, seamless VFX and hyper‑realistic rendering that power campaigns and capture audience attention. Your work will stop scrolls, power campaigns and make viewers ask, “Is that real?”
Required profile
- A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing photorealistic CGI and 3D animation.
- Demonstrated imagination, technical precision and a keen eye for lighting, texturing and composition.
- Prior experience working within a creative agency (strong plus).
- Ability to work on big client briefs and deliver high‑impact visual solutions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine or Maya.
- Ability to create photorealistic renders and motion graphics.
