Admin Assistant / Operations Associate – Retail (Bahrain)

About the role

The Operations Associate supports the efficient running of a retail store by handling cash office duties, stock management, store maintenance and back‑office processes. The role ensures compliance with company policies, accurate reporting and smooth communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash collections, petty cash and invoice tracking while adhering to company cash policies.
• Generate performance reports using SAP, BI and Tableau and facilitate information flow between teams.
• Support back‑office operations, assist with stock placement on the sales floor and ensure products are well‑displayed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and assist with ordering supplies and resource management.
• Conduct inventory counts, receive shipments and reconcile stock records using loss and stock reports.

Required profile

• Retail operational experience, preferably in an administrative capacity.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with multiple teams.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and store policies.
