AI Implementation Strategist

About the role

PremierQ is seeking an AI Implementation Strategist to drive AI adoption across its design, consultancy, material supply and construction processes in the GCC region. The role is full‑time, based on‑site in Manama and focuses on identifying, piloting and integrating AI solutions that improve efficiency, quality and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders across design, consultancy, supply and construction teams.
• Design AI use cases aligned with business goals and project constraints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to select appropriate AI tools and platforms.
• Oversee pilot projects, monitor performance and refine strategies based on measurable outcomes.
• Support integration of AI models and analytics into existing systems.
• Train team members on new AI capabilities and document best practices for scalable adoption.

Required profile

• Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate them into AI use cases.
• Experience implementing or coordinating AI, data analytics or automation solutions in project‑based or construction environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements‑gathering skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as machine learning frameworks, predictive analytics or optimization software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in construction, sports, leisure or facilities sectors in the GCC is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Manama and collaborate with diverse teams and external suppliers.
