Aluminium Division Manager

About the role

Almoayyed Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Aluminium Division Manager to lead aluminium operations in Bahrain. The role encompasses estimation and tendering, sales, project execution, factory and production management, and full profit‑and‑loss accountability across a portfolio that includes façade systems, curtain walls, glazing, ACP cladding, doors, windows, skylights and related metal works.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, develop tender packages, and manage the submission process for aluminium projects.
• Lead sales initiatives, build client relationships, and secure new contracts for aluminium façade and glazing solutions.
• Coordinate all phases of project execution, from design coordination and procurement to installation and commissioning.
• Supervise factory and production operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and production schedules.
• Monitor and control profit‑and‑loss performance, budgeting, cost control and financial reporting for all product lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• At least 15 years of proven experience managing aluminium and glazing projects, including large‑scale façade works.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost estimation, tender preparation, project execution and full P&L responsibility.
• In‑depth knowledge of material procurement processes, supplier negotiation and rate analysis for aluminium products.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be a Bahraini national, eligible to work in Bahrain.
