Application Specialist

About the role

The reputable medical device company is seeking an Application Specialist to provide expert user support, training and technical guidance to laboratory stakeholders in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialist user support, including training, troubleshooting and application guidance.
• Support laboratories with validation, verification and quality‑control processes.
• Resolve product complaints and application issues promptly.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve product use.
• Collaborate with sales teams during pre‑ and post‑sales activities, including demonstrations and technical input for tenders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medical laboratory environment.
• Strong technical expertise in laboratory instruments, diagnostics and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to travel and strong organisational abilities.
