Application Specialist – KeyLoop

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for an Application Specialist to become the primary expert for the KeyLoop (Autoline Drive) Dealer Management System (DMS) in its Sitra, Bahrain office. This full‑time position will ensure the system runs smoothly, supports users, and contributes to the efficiency of the automotive division.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot the KeyLoop DMS.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to system users.
• Maintain system security, availability, and performance.
• Design and execute backup and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify issues.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to integrate KeyLoop with other business applications.
• Stay current on dealer‑management software developments.
• Create and maintain user accounts, documentation, and terminal setups.
• Develop custom reports for users and executives.
• Assist end‑users during month‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with KeyLoop (Autoline) DMS.
• In‑depth knowledge of KeyLoop functionality and configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
• Strong understanding of automotive retail processes (sales, service, parts).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
