Artwork Senior Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Artwork Senior Team Leader to head our design team and drive the creation of high‑impact visual assets across multiple markets. In this senior position you will shape the visual identity of the brand, oversee end‑to‑end design projects, and ensure timely delivery of all artwork requests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team to meet project deadlines.
• Develop key visual concepts and execute multinational marketing campaign materials.
• Create brand visual identity, including logo development.
• Design and visualize product packaging from concept through production.
• Generate concepts for campaign booths and product stands.
• Develop POSM designs for both below‑the‑line and above‑the‑line marketing initiatives.
• Assist in designing online banners and social media posts.
• Support category management by producing visual planograms.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading design teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, packaging, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
