Assistant Creative Manager

About the role

The Assistant Creative Manager supports the planning, development and execution of creative concepts and marketing materials across both digital and traditional channels. Working closely with creative, marketing, brand and business teams, the role helps translate strategic objectives into clear, consistent and engaging visual and written communications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in generating creative concepts, campaign ideas, visual directions and content themes.
• Prepare and maintain creative briefs, organize project requirements and track deadlines.
• Coordinate feedback loops, review deliverables and ensure final assets meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers and external agencies.
• Support the production of social media content, digital campaigns, advertising materials, presentations and promotional assets.
• Maintain brand identity, tone of voice, typography and visual consistency across all platforms.
• Contribute to content calendars, campaign planning, creative research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Creative Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• Strong understanding of creative development, branding and visual communication.
• Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Curiosity for emerging creative trends, digital platforms and audience behavior.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
