About the role
We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as an Assistant Maintenance Officer on a temporary basis. This position supports the maintenance department by preparing reports, pricing documents, and technical drawings, and helps ensure a smooth workflow and accurate record‑keeping. The role is designed for candidates who have recently completed their degree and are eager to start a career in building maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare pricing proposals.
- Prepare illustrated pricing reports with comments.
- Prepare evacuation reports.
- Prepare detailed building reports.
- Create technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management or a related field (fresh graduate).
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and building systems.
- Strong reporting and documentation abilities.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
