Associate Commercial Specialist – Grocery Store (tMart)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Commercial Specialist to help grow our tMart grocery store, the region’s first cloud‑store concept offering 30‑minute delivery. You will act as a bridge between category managers, the admin team and cross‑functional partners to ensure smooth operations and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Support the commercial team in daily BAU tasks, reporting discrepancies and issues across functions.
• Analyze and help execute cross‑functional commercial and operational strategies.
• Identify and develop new business leads, manage vendor relationships and maintain commercial contracts.
• Monitor invoicing, resolve billing problems and ensure accurate margin protection.
• Assist the campaign manager with trade‑plan execution and revenue analysis.
• Maintain master files (SOPs, LPOs, SLAs) and generate regular operational reports.
• Coordinate inventory management with category managers, demand planners and suppliers to avoid stock‑outs or overstock.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the FMCG industry.
• Good understanding of SKUs, local suppliers and reporting requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of Facebook Insights.
