Associate, People & Organization

About the role

The Associate, People & Organization supports the Human Capital Administration function on a temporary basis, handling recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding and related HR services while also assisting Government Relations with visa and labor approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment administration and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
• Manage recruitment documentation, personnel files, data entry and file‑tracking systems.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Liaise with Government Relations and Corporate HR for visa, labor approvals and medical insurance processes.
• Arrange employee logistics such as workstations, access cards, travel, accommodation and business travel.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, process purchase requests and follow up on procurement and payment activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 0‑1 year of experience in Human Resources, Administration or Business Support.
• Basic understanding of HR and administrative processes.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and company values.
