Automotive Technician – BMW & Rolls‑Royce

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for a meticulous Automotive Technician to service high‑performance BMW and bespoke Rolls‑Royce vehicles. The successful candidate will apply advanced technical knowledge to maintain, diagnose and repair these premium cars in our Bahrain workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Repair or replace broken and worn components on BMW and Rolls‑Royce vehicles.
• Verify vehicle functions and subsystems after service.
• Inform the supervisor of any pre‑approval needs for additional repairs.
• Notify the service advisor of work interruptions caused by extra work, missing parts or deadlines.
• Follow BMW‑specific checklists, repair instructions, tools and test equipment.
• Handle tools, special tools and work clothing correctly and use equipment cost‑effectively.
• Deliver dismantled, replacement or warranty parts to the warranty department, cleaned and labelled.
• Dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations.
• Observe accident‑prevention guidelines and report incidents to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role.
• Relevant vocational qualification or certification in automotive technology or mechanics.
• In‑depth knowledge of vehicle electrical, engine and transmission systems.
• Proficiency with a wide range of diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
