AV Technician – Hotel Conference & Events

About the role

We are seeking a skilled AV Technician to join our Maintenance team at a stylish Bahrain hotel near the Manama business district. The role focuses on preparing and servicing audio‑visual equipment for conferences and events, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and set up all technical equipment in conference areas.
• Service, maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment, including audio, lighting, video and IT systems.
• Participate in planning and execution of conferences and events.
• Support the property maintenance department to uphold the highest standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Experience in property maintenance with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and ability to manage and deliver assigned tasks.
• Strong communication, listening and collaborative skills.
• Personal integrity and ability to handle challenging priorities.
