AV Technician

About the role

The AV Technician will join the Maintenance team at The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa in Manama. The role focuses on preparing, servicing and maintaining audio‑visual equipment for conferences and events, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and set up all technical equipment in conference areas.
• Service and maintain AV equipment, including audio, lighting, video and IT systems.
• Participate in planning and execution of conferences and events.
• Support the property maintenance department to uphold company standards.

Required skills

• Experience with audio, lighting, video and IT AV technologies.
• Knowledge of property maintenance processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and recommend creative technical solutions.
