Banquet Server – Luxury Hotel Events

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a Banquet Server to join its dynamic Banquets team. You will be part of a luxury hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service to guests during weddings, conferences and other events.

Key responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting for subsequent functions.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the Banquets team to deliver flawless events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Banquets is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays.
• A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service.
